Festival & Event Staff (Crowd-Facing)

You'll represent Namib Rage on site — welcoming attendees, managing branded areas, and ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience.

This role is ideal if you're:

Comfortable working with large crowds
Energetic and approachable
Passionate about Namibian music and culture

Event Operations Crew (Behind the Scenes)

You'll support logistics, stage setup, teardown, and general festival operations. This role is less crowd-facing and more focused on making the magic happen behind the curtain.

This role is ideal if you're:

Physical, hands-on work across multiple days
Problem solving on-site at fast-moving events
Working as part of a high-energy production crew

This is what a typical festival day looks like.

A typical shift at a Namib Rage event may include helping set up stages, branded structures, signage, tents, and hospitality areas. You'll help transport equipment to the festival site, ensure everything looks clean and professional, and later return to break it down safely.

Some roles also involve supporting live operations — managing queues, directing attendees, or coordinating with vendors. If you love live events and thrive in a fast-paced environment, there's a place for you here.
